TO BECOME THE BEST AMONG THE BEST

ABOUT US

Nestled in the heart of our community, Viharamaha Devi Balika Vidyalaya first opened its doors on a day of new beginnings, the 1st of February, 1977. A beacon of knowledge and tradition, our school has been nurtured and shaped by the unwavering dedication of the VBV Old Girls' Association, established with pride in 1991.

This illustrious association, woven into the very fabric of our institution, has been the cornerstone of progress, tirelessly working to elevate the educational experience, enrich extracurricular pursuits, and enhance the facilities that our students cherish. Their contributions are monumental, from the generosity of providing transportation with a van and two buses, to the grandeur of a state-of-the-art indoor stadium, ensuring our students journey through learning is both comfortable and inspiring.

Growing from strength to strength, the VBV Old Girls' Association stands as a pillar of support, a guiding force behind numerous school initiatives, fulfilling every need with grace and commitment. Their continuous support is not just assistance; it is a legacy that intertwines with the school's ethos, making the association an integral part of our identity.

Leadership within the association mirrors the school's spirit, with the principal madam at the helm as president, and past pupils filling the ranks of its committee, embodying the adage, "Once a Veheradeviyan, always a Veheradeviyan." The VBV Old Girls' Association is not just the best of the best; it is the heart that beats for the betterment of our beloved school, achieving commendable results that resonate with every student's success.
